Since the news broke of her 2nd pregnancy, reality TV star, Kim Kardashian has been trying to look sexy in various revealing outfits.

However for me, this look where she is totally covered from head to toe is actually the best of all. She was seen going about some errands earlier this week while shooting Keeping Up With The Kardashians and I think she looked absolutely cool.
