Caroline Kupfers, a 33 year old woman from Scunthorpe, was overweight and could only fit into size 28 clothes due to a life-long addiction to food.
After seeing the horrifying image of herself jumping into a pool on holiday, the former chocolate addict decided to lose weight.
Caroline said she was humiliated after taking that initial picture because when she jumped into the hotel pool, a large wave of water spurted out making people laugh at her and that was the turning point in her life.
However, after losing an incredible 10 stone, the former chocolate addict celebrated her incredible weight loss by recreating the very bikini photo that shamed her into slimming exactly one year after the picture was taken.
