Good News As FERMA Starts Rehabilitation Work On Apapa Oshodi Expressway!

As the fuel scarcity bites harder, a colleague of mine told me there was fuel in filling stations in Apapa with no queues and I blatantly rejected going there (Lol)

You really can't blame me though because it is no news that major portions of the road is badly dilapidated. However, the good news is that as at yesterday, the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency, FERMA, have started the rehabilitation of the Tin-Can-Island Port portion of it.

The portion being worked on covers between the first and second gates of the Tin-Can-Island Port with FERMA engineers laying crushed stones and asphalt on the road.

Speaking on this project, the Progress Officer in-charge of Lagos-West, Kolade Kolawole, said FERMA is collaborating with the Nigerian Ports Authority, NPA, security to clear the road so that its men could carry out the maintenance.
