A constitutional lawyer, Sunny Akanni, based in Kaduna has declared that President Buhari must appoint a minister from each of the 36 states of Nigeria.
According to him, if he doesn't do this, it will amount to the violation of the provision of Section 147 of the 1999 Constitution (as amended) and any attempt to violate the provision of the constitution would be challenged in court.
This is in response to speculations that the President wants to reduce the number of ministers to be appointed to save cost of governance.
