Governor Mimiko Does Not Want Building In University Named After Him

 For reasons best known to him, Ondo State Governor, Dr Olusegun Mimiko, has rejected having the new Senate building of the Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA,) named after him.


The position of the governor was made known by the Vice Chancellor of the institution, Olufemi Mimiko, at a press conference to herald the 5th convocation ceremony of the university.
 

Governor Mimiko said he would not want any structure named after him while still in office as the governor of the state.

 Hmnnnn.....taking a humble stance or what?
