1.3 Billion Naira Pension Scam In Kaduna State!

Kaduna state Governor, Nasir El-Rufai is not allowing anything slow him down in ensuring that Kaduna becomes a great state. 
According to reports, a pension racket has been discovered where N1.3 Billion leaks annually as 2,484 ghost pensioners were uncovered. Another set of 1,404 were also discovered as probable ghost pensioners because while they managed to get verified, they curiously failed to pick their pension cheques.

In a statement from Samuel Aruwan, spokesman to the Governor, El-Rufai, the state executive council has ordered
investigations to identify the people that have been collecting the pensions of the ghost pensioners.

With the recent verification of the pension payroll, Kaduna state will now save N1.3 Billion every year.
