September 11 has turned out into a good date for singer, Chris Brown as he officially won joint custody of his 1 year old daughter, Royalty.
According to reports from TMZ, Nia tried to deny Chris any custodial rights and wanted him to have only supervised visitation but the judge reportedly disagreed with her reasoning and awarded Chris 50/50 custody!
They will both share joint physical custody, and Royalty will go back and fourth every 4 days. Meanwhile, Nia will continue to get only $2,500 a month instead of the $15,000 she really wanted. She has also been ordered not to talk crap about Chris or the case on social media.
