Its good news for workers in Osun state as the Chairman of the Nigerian Labour Congress, NLC, in the state, Jacob Adekomi, has confirmed that one month salary will be paid out of the salaries being owed them.
While this might not sound as good as all the 7 months being paid, it is a step in the right direction as Governor Rauf Aregbesola has approved the payment of December, 2014 salaries of workers in the state.
However, the NLC Boss has confirmed that the workers would not suspend their strike action despite this payment.
