This is the reaction to beggars in Kaduna to the recent ban issued by Governor Nasir El-rufai stopping them from begging on the streets.
The group of beggars, consisting of men, women and children stormed the Kaduna Secretariat of Nigeria Union of Journalists to make their feelings known.
Speaking on their behalf, Abdullahi Jugunu says the beggars should have been consulted first before the pronouncement and they will be seeking legal redress against the government as their right to life is being threatened because they beg to survive.
He concluded by saying they are giving the authorities 3 days to rescind their decision or risk being victims of a spell they would profess against them.
