Portuguese professional player and Real Madrid forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, has been named La Liga’s Best Player from last season, at the Liga de Fútbol Profesional, LFP Awards held yesterday night. He also picked the awards for Best Forward and Best Goal.
He has scored 31 times in 30 league games for the European champions and now becomes the only second player to win the prize, after Lionel Messi won all previous 5 titles since the awards started in 2008/2009 season.
Keylor Navas, now of Madrid, picked up the Best Goalkeeper accolade for his stunning season with Levante, Sergio Ramos scooped the Best Defender award and Luka Modric was Best Defensive Midfielder, making it a successful night for Carlo Ancelotti's players
