An education group in Morocco is suing 45 year old Jennifer Lopez for "tarnishing women's honor" during her performance at the Mawazine International Music Festival.
The event was shown on television in Morocco and featured J.Lo's show in skimpy outfits and sexy dances with an emphasis on the singer's behind.
According to the lawsuit, she disturbed public order and tarnished women's honor and respect in a lawsuit, which could result in a prison term of up to two years.
Although the government has not gotten directly involved in the lawsuit, Morocco's Minister of Communication, Mustapha Khalfi did object to the televised performance saying it was unacceptable and goes against broadcasting law.
However, Jlo is yet to comment on this latest development.
