Question Of The Day: Should You Fill Up Someone's Tank When You Borrow Their Car?

In the past few days I have had challenges with my car which has led to me taking public transport and sometimes borrowing a family friend's car to run around.

I have been buying fuel in the car whenever I use it but my question now is this, should you actually fill up the tank as a way of saying thank you like the above picture says?
