A 73 year old man who was just released from prison after spending nearly 30 years has now been sentenced to another 75 years for the same offence!
Reports from Daily Mail show that John Fesler Lance was put behind bars for trying to take back his western Montana ranch which he lost in a 1979 divorce by intimidating and stalking its owners.
He has been so defiant in his claim to the property that he immediately confronted the owners as soon as he was released.
Lance spent 27 years behind bars after convictions beginning in the mid-1980s for intimidating judges, attorneys and others involved in the court-mandated sale of the ranch.
Meanwhile in recent years, he sent letters to current owners Lee and Lucinda Hayne and their attorney that threatened to use all force necessary to take his ranch back, including kidnapping.
He has been sent back to the state prison this week for still trying to get the ranch back and thereby violating a court order of protection.
