Yesterday finally ended the tenure of the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Atahiru Jega, a man most people have come to admire and respect.
The commission now has an acting chairman in the person of Amina Bala Zakari who was yesterday appointed by President Buhari.
Although the appointment letter says it is till the appointment of a substantive chairman, I have just been wondering if a woman can actually fill those shoes.
Now don't misunderstand me, I am all for women liberation and all that but Jega's cool and calm way of handling issues is indeed one in a million and I am not sure a woman can be that way or what do you think?
Lol.....we will definitely miss Jega but we wish him all the best in his new endeavours
