Governor Ayo Fayose of of Ekiti State is definitely not done with raising the dust on the seeming political tussle he has with the APC.
According to reports, he plans to hold a parallel campaign rally tomorrow, the same day the APC presidential rally will hold in Ado-Ekiti.
Fayose plans to hold his own rally at the major Fajuyi park which is a major route to the venue of the APC presidential rally.
Reacting to this news, the National Publicity Secretary of the APC, Lai Mohammed said :
“This is nothing but a deliberate act of provocation, and it is a dangerous game by a Governor who has now become notorious for making incendiary statements and taking irrational actions. Fayose should be told in clear terms that being the Governor of a state demands huge responsibility, not brazen rascality.”
Is Governor Fayose’s planned rally an attempt to disrupt the APC presidential rally or am I just stating the obvious?
