Yoruba Actress, Funke Adesiyan Wins APC Primary In Oyo State

Yoruba actress, Funke Adesiyan has followed in Nollywood actor, Desmond Elliot's steps and won the Oyo State House of Assembly primaries of the APC to represent the Ibadan South-East constituency at the state Assembly. 

Congratulations are indeed in order for her as most of the other entertainers that tried to venture into politics haven't been so lucky. They include, KSB, Dayo Adeneye, Tony Tetuila,Kenneth Okonkwo, 9ice and Kate Henshaw.

However, I believe if they are really serious about serving the people, all hope is not lost and they can still try again next time.
