LIVING ONE'S DREAM
What do you do when you find yourself in a situation where you are not exactly as happy as you thought you would be? In recent times i seem to be finding myself in that position and while i am grateful to God for the opportunity i have, its not really what i wanted and i seem to be kind of blank.
Having gone through serious challenging times, its like girl, you better jump on this opportunity with both hands and even feet but my happiness in in question now.
What i am learning though is to keep trusting and praying to God because truth be told even this situation was by His mercy and grace,i really did not plan for it and i did not expect it but God pulled through.
Initially i was hoping it did not seem like i was being ungrateful to God but then i now realised that God knows the intent of our hearts and even when things do not work out the way you plan He still gives you peace.
That peace in my heart is what i dont seem to have yet so i guess the work is not yet done,i must keep pressing forward with God so it doesnt seem like i am settling for less.
That is one thing we need to be cautious of, God's blessing addeth no sorrow,you must find peace and joy in what you are doing not necessary because of the amount you are being paid but in the fact that you are adding value to others and yourself.
I now understand why the Bible says we should always ask for wisdom because most issues of life require one to be wise,most especially when it is just ME,MYSELF and I!!!!!!
