Following the recent seemingly lackadaisical attitude of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, LASTMA, the General Manager, Bashir Braimah says Governor Ambode, did not stop them from impounding vehicles of traffic violators.
He made this known yesterday at the launch of `Operation Stand Strong’, a campaign to restore sanity on roads in the state. Mr Braimah said the programme is aimed at removing lawless road users and promoting economic activities.
Meanwhile, he gave a warning to erring traffic offenders to obey traffic rules and be civil, as violators will be tracked and arrested, a move which he says is to bring sanity to Lagos roads.
Hmnnn....well said, but they should please just work on the endless traffic we have been suffering these past weeks biko!
