A nationwide investigation led by the China Food and Drug Administration has discovered that 69 wine products, from 52 companies in China, have been spiking their booze with Viagra!
According to reports from CNN, 15 Chinese Distillers have illegally added it to their products, while another 32 companies are suspected of mixing the drug and its substitutes into their products and marketing them for anti-impotency properties and sexual health benefits.
It has become a police case as authorities say it is a violation of food safety laws to add chemicals like Sildenafil a major component of Viagra into wine. The companies have been sealed and the products recalled.
