Health Gist: Find Out If You Are Taking Enough Water.


We have all heard how water is good for the body and we should take at least 8 glasses of water a day.

Well, I came across a chart on a friend's Facebook page that analyses the color of your urine and tells you if you are taking enough water because some of us might actually need more than 8 glasses.

So having gone through, are you ok or need more water?
