Today is definitely a day of denials on the political terrain as Imo state Governor, Rochas Okorocha says the billboard of him in a warm handshake with US president, Barack Obama was not erected by him.
He was part of President Buhari's entourage during the four day trip to the United States and this billboard surfaced yesterday and created serious criticism from many quarters.
However, the governor has issued a statement through his Chief Press Secretary, Sam Onwuemeodo saying he was not aware of the development and that the billboard was erected by some of his overzealous political friends who were only out to impress him.
The statement also read that any body who wants to do any advert for the governor in any media or publicity outfit should get clearance from designated officials of the government first.
