In steps to turnaround Kaduna state, Governor Nasir El-Rufai introduced a biometric verification exercise for all civil servants to ascertain its actual workforce.
However, they are complaining bitterly over the hardship in the process of getting themselves screened and some of them compared it to the recent stress of the BVN registration done in the banks.
According to one of them under the condition of anonymity, the arrangement of the verification exercise is poor and asked that the government look for better ways to ease the stress.
