It is so sad that 2 of the domestic staff of former Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Akure, FUTA, wasted his life just to steal his car!
Meanwhile the family of the late Professor Albert Ilemobade are still having a hard time recovering from the shock over his gruesome murder.
There had been initial reports that the 78 yr old man was abducted by some unknown gunmen, but the truth has now been revealed that he was actually killed by his security guard, Daniel Ita and his former driver, Olayemi Bamitale at his residence in Ijapo Estate, Akure after his decomposed body was found in an abandoned store.
They were arrested with the car at Ilotin in Ijebu Ode and paraded by the Ondo State Police Command after they confessed to the dastardly act.
This also serves as a wake up call to all of us to be careful with the domestic staff we employ to help us in our homes.
