Media guru and Chairman of Vanguard newspaper, Sam Amuka-Pemu got a special congratulatory message from President Muhammadu Buhari on his 80th birthday.
The outstanding journalist and media boss turned this milestone age yesterday and in a statement signed by Buhari, he describes Amuka-Pemu as a media guru per excellence.
The President also made it known that the celebrant’s contributions to the Nigerian press had manifested, not only in the growth of his newspaper, but also the principled positions he had consistently taken on political stability, accountability and the rule of law.
