Although I am still stuck on the Miley Cyrus I knew from her Hannah Montana days, the truth is she has grown up and is on a different lane now.
Always half dressed at events, I actually kinda like this recent picture of her at the amFAR event which held yesterday in New York.
Although it looks kinda garish with the blinging hearts on the dress, I like the chunky boots she wore underneath her evening dress...#RockerGirl
