Miley Cyrus is known for always doing over the top stuff and this time around she announces herself as host of the upcoming 2015 MTV Video Music Awards in a green and cheeky manner.

After her performance at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards where she twerked in a very scandalous manner with Robin Thicke, many people said she should never even be allowed to perform at the awards again.

I guess she is having the last laugh now though as she will be hosting the event which comes up on the 30th of August.


I wonder what she will shock us with this time.....
