Scientists Prove That High Protein Diets Are Dangerous To Our Health!


Most people continue to battle the fight against the bulge with so many fad diets and supplements and the most popular remains the high protein, low carb diet which has been very popular with millions of slimmers.

However, a recent study shows that these high-protein, low-carb diets may actually be causing more harm than good!!

Infact according to the Spanish scientists that carried out the research, people on this kind of diet are almost twice as likely to gain weight as others. They are also at greater risk of dying than those who eat a more balanced diet.

They say that despite their popularity, there is actually no proof that high-protein diets help people lose weight in the long-term but there is evidence that they can cause health problems.
