Former PDP senator in Kwara State, Gbemisola Saraki has officially decamped to APC from PDP in Kwara State.
There had been rumors last month that she was going to leave the PDP but she has now officially made it known yesterday in Ilorin that she is now on the other side.
According to reports from Leadership newspaper, Gbemisola Saraki, the eldest daughter of the late strongman of Kwara politics, Olusola Saraki, announced her decision to team up with APC in a statement she personally signed and made available to newsmen in Ilorin yesterday.
She says her defection was based on PDP’s marginalisation of women in the state, and accused them of not developing the State.
