Is X Factor Losing Its Popularity As Few People Turn Up For Auditions

10 years since the reality TV music competition, X Factor kicked off, it seems like it is losing its popularity as fewer people are tuning up for their audition process.

X Factor, the British music competition show created by Simon Cowell, has helped give aspiring singing hopefuls a chamce to showcase their talent.

Unfortunately, auditions in Glasgow this week, according to reports from Daily Mail, was nothing to write home about as very few people were seen trickling in as opposed to the usual crowd that is always evident at such auditions in time past.

However, there are indications that people are being given the option to audition at more intimate and local venues and only after this initial process will the contestants now come back to audition in front of the celebrity panel.

So far, there have been 11 winners from the X Factor series and they include, Steve Brookstein, Shayne Ward, Leona Lewis, Leon Jackson, Alexandra Burke, Joe McElderry, Matt Cardle, Little Mix, James Arthur, Sam Bailey and Ben Haenow.
