I guess the APC slogan of 'Change' is in full gear as the Lagos State Government has unveiled brand new 2014 Kia Rio cars for LASTMA officials in the state.
According to reports, this is to enable them carry out their duties more effectively.
Hmnnn...is it to chase down traffic offenders or what though?
