A 30 year old lingerie model and animal rights activist has been showing off her pregnant belly on her Instagram page and it has raised a lot of criticism as to the size of her bump.

The mother to be still rocks a very trim and toned figure even with signs of  a 6 pack on her baby bump despite the fact that she is 9 months along .

Here is a picture of herself and her friend who is 8 months gone and even sports a bigger bump than Sarah.
