She was seen stepping out in Paris yesterday in the most questionable outfit yet. The 34 year old poured had on a long, open shirt with a button-down mini skirt hugging her curves as she accompanied husband Kanye West, on a shopping trip in the French capital.
Can someone please explain this fashion style to me?
