A mother of 6 from West Virginia, Lacey Wildd is planning her 37th operation to enlarge her breasts furter from a QQQ cup size!!!(I never even knew such a size existed).

As if that wasn't bad enough, the 46 year old has also been on an extreme diet of an apple a day in a bid to transform her appearance into a size zero.

Lacey says she wants to have the extreme body in the world and be a walking cartoon character despite being turned down for more surgery by doctors who have told her that she would ruin her body if she made her breasts any larger.

Meanwhile her young daughter Jenaveve, is less enthusiastic about her mother's mission and says she finds her boobs disgusting.
