Lagos state has joined Niger, Imo, Edo and Yobe states in declaring today a work free day to enable public servants collect their permanent voters card, PVC.
While it is a commendable development, a federal declaration would have gone a longer way so other institutions like banks and federal institutions can also close down and have the opportunity to get their cards.
Anyway in a colloquial statement, "at all, at all, na im bad pass". So please take advantage of this and go collect your PVC so you can vote on election day for change or transformation.
