Won't it be a great idea if Corruption is taught as a course in the higher institutions of the country? Well, it seems like Ondo State Governor, Olusegun Mimiko, is also of the same opinion as he is advocating that Corruption Studies should be introduced into the curricula of higher institutions.
He made this call during a lecture organised by the Island Club, Lagos this week saying that there were many misconceptions about corruption in the country and many Nigerians attribute corruption only to the ruling class while failing to understand that it is a general problem that cuts across everyone.
According to him, it is a major problem that keeps Nigeria from going forward and should be studied by being included in university syllabus which could help in curbing it.
Hmnnnn....I think the course should be called Anti-Corruption Studies though or what say ye?
