The All Progressives Congress, APC, has named Rivers State Governor, Rotimi Amaechi as the Director-General of the APC Presidential Campaign Organization, which will drive the party’s efforts to win the 2015 presidential election.
This was contained in a statement released by the National Secretary of the party, Lai Mohammed today.
In the statement, Rotimi Amaechi was commended for his outstanding reputation as a man of courage, principle, strength of character, decency and love of the country.
He was also hailed for his administrative prowess and organizational skills which made the party choose him for this important task in the quest for positive change in Nigeria.
