You come across some stories and they just leave you speechless which is what 24 year old Amber's story has done to me.

She is so fat that she is unable to stand or walk for more than a few minutes at a time. She weighs 299 kilograms (660Lbs) and lives at home with her parents and boyfriend of 2 years. 

However, she has decided to take her life in her hands and is set to undergo a high-risk gastric bypass surgery to be able to help herself lose the weight.

Currently, she suffers from pain in her back and her shins, and can only take her bath while sitting on a toilet.
