17 Year Old Nobel Laureate, Malala Yousafzai Wants To Be Pakistan Prime Minister


The youngest ever Nobel Laureate and advocate for the girl child in education, Malala Yousafzai says she hopes to be the Prime Minister of Pakistan when she is done with school.

17 year old Malala who was shot in the head by Taliban gunmen in 2012 for campaigning for girls education. She told BBC HARDtalk's Stephen Sackur in Oslo that she has been inspired by Benazir Bhutto, a woman who served twice as Pakistani prime minister before her murder in 2007.

She went on to say winning the Nobel Peace Prize is a great honor as it has given her more hope and courage as it shows that people believe in her.
