Its great news for all ye movie lovers especially of the Bourne movies as actor Matt Damon has confirmed that he will be returning to the role of Jason Bourne next year.
He had initially stepped out of the spotlight for the fourth installment of the popular action series in 2012 but his buddy, fellow actor, Ben Affleck let the cat out of the bag in a red carpet interview with E! News.

Matt Damon confirmed that he will be part of the latest Bourne movie that will start shooting next year and be released in 2016. He played the title role of CIA assassin Jason Bourne in the first three installments of the series based on Robert Ludlum's popular spy novels.
However, the fourth movie, 2012's "The Bourne Legacy," centered on CIA agent Aaron Cross which was played by Jeremy Renner.
