With the dare devil manner in which Boko Haram insurgents have killed people, kidnapped and seized territories in the Northeast part of the country, the Nigerian army has finally launched an 'Operation No Mercy' to deal with them.
According to reports, the military have decided to be decisive and unsparing in their approach at dealing with the Boko Haram menace to restore the country’s territorial integrity. They plan to launch an all-out operation against the insurgents and other criminal elements, including those aiding and abetting them.
The aggressive approach had initially been curbed by constant intervention by Amnesty International, human rights activists and other political class.
With this latest 'Operation No Mercy', it means the moment anyone is suspected and confirmed of being a terrorist or their sponsors, YOU ARE GONE!
