Few days ago, the Tv station of the Esama of Benin Kingdom, Chief Gabriel Igbinedion was burnt down and he is insinuating that it was arson.
While inspecting the burnt studio, he said it was senseless for anybody to attribute the cause of the fire to a power surge as he had received several threats via text messages and telephone calls bordering on a possible attack to his station.
Meanwhile, the Esama said he doesn't make any profit from the TV station but was operating it out of his desire to educate and enlighten the people about happenings in the state.
He has however, pledged to build a new digital television studio within 60 days.
