Aliko Dangote continues to make an impact globally as renowned Forbes Magazine has ranked him among the World’s Most Powerful 72 People.
Initially rated the richest man in Africa, he is now listed as the 68th Most Powerful Person In The World and is one of the only two Africans to appear on this year’s list. The other African mentioned is Egyptian President, Abdel Fattah el-Sisi who is ranked as Africa’s most powerful man at number 51 on the power list.
On the global level, Russian President, Vladimir Putin is ranked number one on the list followed by President of the United States, Barack Obama, Chinese President, Xi Jinping, Pope Francis and Angela Merkel, the German Chancellor, who were graded second, third, fourth and fifth respectively.
