The newest UN Goodwill Ambassador in town, singer turned designer, Victoria Beckham is taking her duties very seriously. She has already travelled to Soweto, South Africa on behalf of the UNAIDS campaign.
She said she is passionate about the work being deone to remove the HIV virus from babies born to infected mothers. For her, being a woman and a mother make her feel very responsible for this cause.
The 40 year old mother of 4 children has indeed come a long way from her Spice Girls days.
