Governor Elect of Ekiti, Ayo Fayose Ask Residents Not to Obey Curfew Law By Governor Fayemi

As power is about to change hands in Ekiti state, Governor-elect, Ayo Fayose, has asked the people of Ekiti to disregard the curfew imposed by the present Governor, Kayode Fayemi.

Governor Fayemi had imposed a 7pm-7am curfew after the break down of law and order in a High Court in the state.

However, Ayo Fayose has asked residents not to obey the curfew and to call his mobile number if anybody wants to bother them for not obeying.

According to him, the people are being put under unnecessary pressure and he has spoken with the police and the army in the state on the need to let people move around freely.

I guess all the hand shake after the election didn't indicate any close bond or friendship?
