Its bad news for Manchester United forward Wayne Rooney as he won’t be playing any Manchester United matches in October following his apology for his red card against West Ham last weekend.
He was dismissed after lashing out at Stewart Downing, as the Red Devils battled to a 2-1 win at Old Trafford.
Wayne Rooney will now serve a three-game ban, which means he will miss crucial Premier League matches against Everton, West Brom and Chelsea in October.
