Can you imagine paying between N50,000 and N150,000 for parking space? Well that is the range of the fine for vehicle owners who park indiscriminately according to the assistant corps marshal of Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) in charge of RS1, Victor Nwokolo.
ACM Nwokolo is in charge of Jigawa, Katsina, Kano and Kaduna states and he says this step is to ensure strict enforcement and reduce the high rate from road crashes usually caused by cars parked illegally on roads.
He went on to say anyone caught violating any traffic rules will be sanctioned accordingly no matter how highly placed such a person might be.
Hmnnnn…they should please bring this fine and enforcement to Lagos state biko!!
