Its bad news for Chelsea fans as
their latest striker Didier Drogba, will be missing the next six months, after
he injured his ankled ligaments during their 2-1 win over Ferencvaros on Sunday
evening.
The Ivorian, who only just returned
to Stamford Bridge this summer, lasted only 30 minutes into his first start,
before limping out.
Drogba’s injury will be a major
disappointment for Jose Mourinho, who sold Demba Ba to Besiktas and is left
with the Spanish duo of Fernando Torres and Diego Costa.
