Federal Government Set To Weed Out Unqualified Teachers In Pry & Sec Schools

There are plans of the Federal Government to weed out all unqualified teachers in Nigeria’s primary and secondary schools to reform the education sector.

The Minister of State for Education, Professor Anthony Anwuka made this known during a news conference in Abuja and said these are moves to re-position basic education in Nigeria.

The minister also re-emphasized Federal Government’s commitment to qualitative education and stated that the quality of education in a nation will add to its developmental strides.
