Police Move To Reduce Crime Rate In Lagos By Raiding Popular Black Spots


In steps to reduce the increasing crime rate in Lagos state, the Rapid Response Squad, RRS, of the Lagos Police Command, stormed some black spots in the state and arrested 45 miscreants. 

The RRS Commander, Olatunji Disu, confirmed the arrests and said the development is in order to create a secure environment for residents lives and property.

He also made it known that Governor Ambode has given the police marching orders to confront the latest upsurge of crime in the state. 

The 45 suspects were picked up in Oshodi, Jibowu, Victoria Island, Mile 2, Ajegunle, Ijora and Law school under Bridge.
