Well if this Tweet is anything to go by, it seems like former President Olusegun Obasanjo has publicly endorsed former Lagos state Governor, Babatunde Fashola as being  very intelligent!

This might be related to his recent ministerial screening at the senate where he gave quite an impressive performance with the way he answered questions left, right and center.
